1. What are the exchange, return, and refund policies for shaiganhealthcare.com.pk?

Products can be returned within 10 days of purchase if the packaging remains unopened. If you've opened the packaging and are dissatisfied, contact us at 0800-333-00 for guidance. You have the following options for returning your product/s:

• Ship your parcel to Shaigan Healthcare: Return the product/s directly to Shaigan Industrial Park, 14km, Adyala Road, Rawalpindi, Pakistan. Once received, we will refund your payment via Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash or dispatch the exchanged product/s to your address.
•   Reverse Pickup: Our partner courier can collect the product/s from your delivery address. Upon receipt, we will deduct Rs 200 from your order amount and refund the remainder via Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.

If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please be sure to keep the original product and product packaging if possible. We’ll provide instructions on how to send the product back.

Note: There will be no return and exchange on sale Products.

2. How do I return Shaigan Healthcare products purchased from a different retailer?

For Shaigan Healthcare products bought from another website, follow the return and refund instructions provided on that site.

For purchases made at our retail partners, return the item to the respective store according to their policies for returns and refunds or refer to their customer support for more information.
